You will need to know your Property# to process your payment. Your Property# will be your apartment number. (Example-01, 07, 10, 14,etc.)

Due to a potential fraud attack, payments have been temporarily disabled. No tenant account or information are at risk. Please call our office to set up recurring payments or to make a one time payment over the phone.
Payments can now be made online through a 3rd party payment terminal with Intellipay.
A service fee will apply to credit/debit cards of $1.75 per transaction for payments under $60.00.
A service fee will apply to credit/debit cards of 3% per transaction for payments over $60.00.
A service fee will apply for ACH/E-Check payments of a flat $1.75 per transaction.
